WORK IN THE USA
The EB-3 Program (Unskilled Workers Category) enables unskilled workers (occupations requiring less than two years’ training or experience) to enter the U.S. as Green Card holders with full-time, permanent employment. We partner with reputable US employers across a range of specializations including but not limited to hospitality, food production, agriculture, transportation and warehouse, and the beauty industry. Our employers provide permanent job offers, green card sponsorships, health insurance, paid vacations, and salary increases.

Lumos Staffing, together with our partner law firms in the U.S. will provide professional legal services in respect of all matters relating to the applications for permanent residence of the applicants, including a review of each case to make sure it is suitable for either a USCIS or consular filing. If qualified, the applicant and his/her spouse and unmarried children below the age of 21 will receive permanent residents and be able to live and work in the US. Through this program, you will arrive in the US with a permanent, full-time job and permanent residency for you and your family. You will also be able to include your spouse and unmarried children below the age of 21 in your application. They will then be able to work and study in the US as Green Card holders. It also takes around 1.5 to 2 years to process, which is a shorter period compared to most immigration programs.

Can I leave my job once I get my green card? Under this program, a joint application is filed between the employer and employee with the Department of Labor. It is recommended that you stay with the employer for at least 1.5 year to avoid any issues such as this.
-
How much do these jobs usually pay? All employers must submit a prevailing wage determination with the Department of Labor which ensures that they are paying at least the minimum wage set in their state. Salaries vary depending on the job and the area but they usually average around USD 9.00 – USD 12.00 per hour.
